A Special Invite: Experience House
An invite-only gathering of 25 experience designers, event producers, and community builders
Hey friends,
I wanted to extend an invite to a special gathering happening in Morocco in 9 days. Yes, it’s a bit last minute, and that’s my fault, but I’m sure you’ve made much more last-minute decisions than this.
And if you’re wondering why I’m sharing this with you — well, I’ve attended the first one, and it was a fantastic experience for anyone who wants to connect to a community and deepen in experiential design. I rarely see a group of youths working so hard to pull off a fantastic experience that gets me out the door. I support that any day. I think it helps an amazing initiative and allows you to connect - something that we’ve been missing for almost two years.
That said, here are the deets:
Experience House (XH) is an invite-only, month-long creative mastermind that unites 30 experience designers, event producers, and community builders in extraordinary locations worldwide.
It’s a co-created gathering with the spaciousness for deep bonding, cultural immersion, insane adventures, radical personal & professional transformation, and night after night of mind-blowing moments.
I have four invites left to XHII, happening in Marrakech, Morocco, from Nov. 13 - Dec. 12.
I offer these invites to the explorers, the spontaneous, last-minute decision-makers of my kind. Get started here »

Sebastian Casper - violin virtuoso, multi instrumentalist, founder of the Stegreif Orchestra in Berlin
Clayton Woodley - fine-art photographer, clothing designer, and DJ.
And so many more amazing people.
The venue is a boutique hotel designed for artists + creators, complete with a recording studio, sizeable main stage equipped for large concerts & music festivals, pool, Turkish hammam (steam room), yoga shala, co-working spaces with fiber-optic internet, and beautiful private rooms – all located 20 minutes from the center of Marrakesh.
Listen, I could keep going, but I’m giving myself FOMO, and that doesn’t happen. I think you get the point.
I’m offering a $250 credit towards your XH event. Use my name, ‘Damian Madray,’ to claim that credit in your application process.
Join the WhatsApp group to connect with the founders for more information, questions, and to get started with your application.
Oh, and one last thing.
My friend Charlotte, Head of Learn & Travel at Remote Year, is hiring someone to lead retreats at Remote Year. She’s looking for a well-traveled human who’s worked on remote teams and in other countries than their own. A team player who’s a badass at operations has the heart of a community builder and is excited to travel monthly to different retreats—looking for the gem who will be a great fit culturally and with adequate skills/background.
All this is me making three points; the pandemic is over, IRL is back, and I’m grateful to have friends doing amazing things across the globe.
